It has an aroma that combines the sweetness and fruitiness of stewed apples with a sharp acidic scent. Upon tasting, you'll experience a subtle sweetness followed by an exceptionally sharp and clean acidic attack. In the middle, a refreshing citrus fruitiness emerges, leaving a gentle grapefruit-like bitterness in the aftertaste.
