The Jo series is centered around the concept of "Ichida Ichijo," or "junmai ginjo sake brewed from rice harvested from a single field." This series features seasonal releases from different fields.

"Matsubara 8" is a rice field with excellent airflow from north to south and long hours of sunlight. The aroma is refreshingly vibrant, with the sweet, fruity notes reminiscent of green melon.

When sipped, it offers a refreshing, light sweetness and a pleasant acidic flavor. The light and fresh impression is accompanied by gentle umami, and the finish expands with milky undertones. A hint of bittersweetness subtly appears at the end.
