"Hiran (飛鸞)" is one of the most talked-about sake brands in Japan in recent years. When SAKE Street Japan began carrying it in 2021, its recognition in Japan was still quite low. However, we were deeply impressed by the exceptional quality of the sake and the sincere dedication of its young brewmaster, Yutaro Mori. It’s a brewery with incredible potential, and we look forward to the continued evolution of its remarkable sake quality.
