Each month, we will deliver 3 sakes that feature a theme, together with a sommelier-led tasting notes on what makes the sakes outstanding. Within the 3, there will be one “featured” sake that is only made exclusively available to subscribers, and not available on our online store nor restaurants. These featured sakes may include labels beyond what SAKE Street SG usually carries.

- Q. What benefits do I get with my subscription?

You can enjoy exceptional sake, which is still rare in Singapore, at prices significantly lower than the usual market rates. Sake offers a broad range of flavors beyond just fruity notes, allowing you to explore and savor a diverse spectrum of tastes.
Furthermore, sakes will come with sommelier-notes to explain the theme of each month, and also guidance on what makes the sakes unique.
Additionally, subscription members receive an exclusive coupon offering a 10% discount on sake purchased from or SAKE Street Singapore Online Store.
- Q. Do I have to be home to receive the case of sake?

Yes. While the recipient does not have to be the person who placed the order, someone must be at home to accept the delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience, but as we use refrigerated shipping to maintain quality, leaving the package unattended is strongly discouraged.
We will send you the scheduled delivery date one week in advance. If that date and time is not convenient for you, please let us know.
- Q. What should I do if I need to change my delivery time?

Reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will see if we have another delivery in your area or if it makes more sense to combine with your next month's club delivery.
- Q. Is there a minimum number of months that we need to commit to?

Yes, there is. We currently offer three subscription plans:
1) Annual - that has minimum commitment of 12 months
2) Half a year - that has minimum commitment of 6 months
3) Monthly - to receive the subscription sakes
All subscriptions renew monthly automatically after the minimum period. Should you cancel, you would have to sign up for a new subscription plan at the prevailing rate.
Please note that if you do not cancel by the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew. If you wish to cancel, please make sure to do so before the renewal date. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.
- Q. Can I cancel at any time?

You can manage your subscription entirely online and cancel at any time after the minimum number of months without picking up the phone. If you need our help, please send a message to our WhatsApp.
