What is Monthly Sake Club?

Two/Three Exciting Sakes Monthly

Each month, we will deliver 2/3 sakes (depending on package) that aim to expand your understanding of sake and potential flavor profiles. The subscription will include sommelier-led tasting notes and potential pairing options. Both 2/3 bottle options will include one “featured” sake that we will delve deeper into the stories helped create that exceptional sake. This featured sake may also be outside of SAKE Street’s regular range, and would be exclusively set aside for our subscribers first (very limited quantities may be available for additional purchase thereafter).

In addition to the sakes, we will provide a detailed flyer which shares more about the sakes and pairing ideas, so as to help you along in your sake journey (example here).

Unsure how to pick your sakes? Let us delight you! We will feature Modern-style sakes, where flavors push boundaries, and have strong cult-like demand in Japan among the “Mania” crowd. We will often feature up-and-coming breweries that continue to advance sake enjoyment.

You will also get 24-7 personal access to our sommeliers, where no question is too insignificant. We will even find you pairing suggestions like what goes with Bak Chor Mee?

• Q. What benefits do I get with my subscription?

• You can enjoy exceptional sake, which is still rare in Singapore, at prices significantly lower than the usual market rates. Sake offers a broad range of flavors beyond just fruity notes, allowing you to explore and savor a diverse spectrum of tastes.

  Furthermore, sakes will come with sommelier-notes to explain the featured sake, brewery etc, pairing ideas, and what to expect from each sake.

  Additionally, subscrbers will receive an exclusive code offering a 10% discount on any sake purchased from our SAKE Street Singapore Online Store.

• Q. Do I have to be home to receive the case of sake?

• Yes. While the recipient does not have to be the person who placed the order, someone must be at home to accept the delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience, but as we use refrigerated shipping to maintain quality, leaving the package unattended is strongly discouraged.

  We will send you the scheduled delivery date one week in advance. If that date and time is not convenient for you, please let us know.

• Q. What should I do if I need to change my delivery time?

• Reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will see if we have another delivery in your area or if it makes more sense to combine with your next month's club delivery.

• Q. Is there a minimum number of months that we need to commit to?

• Yes, there is. We currently offer three subscription plans for the three- and two-bottle plan:

  1) Annual - that has minimum commitment of 12 months
  2) Quarterly- that has minimum commitment of 3 months
  3) Monthly - to receive the subscription sakes
  

  All subscriptions renew monthly automatically after the minimum period. Should you cancel, you would have to sign up for a new subscription plan at the prevailing rate.

  Please note that if you do not cancel by the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew. If you wish to cancel, please make sure to do so before the renewal date. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.

• Q. Can I cancel at any time?

• You can manage your subscription entirely online (via customer portal) and cancel at any time after the minimum number of months without picking up the phone. If you need our help, please send a message to our WhatsApp.
