Maibijin (舞美人) - This label features sakes with a fair amount of brightness among Japanese sake varieties. What is noteworthy is how this strong acidity is balanced with a pronounced body and other flavors to achieve a sake with exceptional balance. We believe that Maibijin offers the highest quality among full-bodied, acidic sake.

Kinya Mikawa, the brewmaster and brewery owner, is a very friendly person and a delight to drink with. I hope to host a sake event in Singapore with him someday.
