This mead is made with honey produced by Shiomi, a honey producer in Hamamatsu (Shizuoka Prefecture), and organic tea grown by Atsumi. These two gifts of nature are quietly layered together, naturally fermented, and then slowly aged in wooden barrels.
The aroma is gentle and layered, with fruit notes reminiscent of orange, the refined sweetness of honey, the roasted nuance of tea leaves, and the calm impression of wooden barrels unfolding in harmony.
The texture is smooth, with the soft sweetness of honey naturally melting into the palate, while elegant acidity adds a pleasing accent. The delicate lingering sweetness is followed by the smoky nuance of wooden barrels and the roasted character of green tea, creating a beautifully lingering finish.

浜松の蜂蜜生産者・塩見さんが手がける蜂蜜と、有機栽培のお茶を生産する渥美さんのお茶。二つの恵みを静かに重ね、自然発酵させたのち、木樽でゆっくりと熟成させたミードです。
香りは穏やかで、オレンジを思わせる果実香に、蜂蜜の気品ある甘やかさ、茶葉の香ばしさや木樽の落ち着いたニュアンスが層を成して広がります。
口当たりはなめらかで、蜂蜜の柔らかな甘みが自然に溶け込み、上品な酸がいいアクセントを加えます。きめ細やかな甘味の余韻に、木樽のスモーキーさと緑茶の香ばしさが広がる、余韻まで美しい一本です。
