This sweet sparkling mead is made with premium jasmine tea from Hong Kong and yuzu from Oita Prefecture, Japan.
The enchanting aroma of jasmine tea is layered with a subtle roasted note and a hint of caramel-like sweetness.
On the palate, you’ll enjoy fine bubbles, a fresh and lively sweetness, and a light, pleasant acidity.
Although it’s on the sweeter side, the astringency and lingering aftertaste of the jasmine tea bring everything into balance, creating a wonderfully harmonious drink. The mature flavor of yuzu gently complements the blend, leading to a crisp, clean finish.
