[Caution]
A collaboration with Hong Kong-based meadery Howong Brewing, this unique creation is made with premium jasmine tea from Hong Kong and yuzu from Oita Prefecture, Japan. The mead is then aged in white wine barrels, further enhancing its alcohol content and complexity.
The aroma is rich and luxurious — bright citrus notes of orange blossom honey are layered with hints of vanilla and toasty oak from the barrel aging.
On the palate, a faint effervescence gently tingles the tongue. The texture is slightly viscous, coating the mouth with concentrated sweetness. Despite its richness, the citrusy brightness of orange blossom honey provides freshness and lift.
In the finish, elegant jasmine tea notes emerge, adding a refined, mature depth. Each element intertwines seamlessly, resulting in a truly enchanting flavor experience.
To fully appreciate its richness and complexity, we recommend enjoying it at room temperature or gently warmed.
