This unique creation infuses yuzu into a daiginjo sake brewed from “Iwai,” a Kyoto-grown sake rice polished down to 50%.
While the appearance, taste, and aroma are unmistakably yuzu, the elegant and floral character of the sake pairs beautifully with the citrus.
It’s surprisingly versatile across a wide range of temperatures—from chilled to around 50°C. When warmed, it offers a cozy, soothing experience reminiscent of an adult version of “hot honey lemon.”
