[Caution]
Introducing a special summer sake brewed with pesticide-free rice from Fukuda Farm in Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
It opens with elegant aromas reminiscent of white flowers, a touch of honeyed sweet aroma, and the fresh, refined scent of white grapes.
On the palate, a light, pleasant sweetness and crisp melon-like fruitiness spread across the tongue. Soft, calming acidity is complemented by a refreshing touch of bitterness and a clean, rice-derived umami. The finish is sharp yet smooth, leaving a rounded, refreshing aftertaste.
Best enjoyed well-chilled.
