It features fruity aromas reminiscent of mango, ripe banana, and melon. With a delicate effervescence, its rich, juicy sweetness and acidity burst pleasantly in the mouth.
Being a Jikagumi (direct press), this nama genshu (unpasteurised, undiluted) feels exceptionally fresh and juicy. The melon sweetness is balanced by luscious acidity to bring about a sake that is both refreshingly thirst quenching, and to be savoured for its complexity.
Like all Shinjos, this is a technically precise modern sake that accentuates all the right flavors.
