A low-alcohol sake crafted with German white wine yeast and secondary fermentation in the bottle.
When poured, it shows a faint haze. The aroma is distinctive, combining lactic acidity with bright citrus notes reminiscent of oranges.
On the palate, lively bubbles from the bottle fermentation burst energetically, followed by a gentle, milky sweetness and charming tartness. Juicy orange-like brightness harmonizes with a pleasant astringency reminiscent of apple peel.
Serve well-chilled in a wine glass.
