Aizumusume's 36-year-matured sake, brewed in 1988.

When poured, it has a thick texture and an amber hue with an orange tint. The aroma is deeply sensual, featuring a sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar, a subtle spiciness, and a nostalgic undertone.

On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth, with refined and concentrated sweetness and umami that unfold beautifully. The taste is remarkably mellow and richly dense.

注ぐととろみがあり、オレンジがかった琥珀色。香りはとても官能的で、黒糖を思わせるような甘さを感じる香りに、かすかにスパイシーな香り、どこか懐かしさを感じる香りがします。
口に含むととてもなめらかで、上質で凝縮感のある甘味・旨味が広がります。非常にまろやかで濃密。
