The Jō (穣) Series is built around the concept of one rice field, one brew. Each Junmai Ginjo is brewed separately using rice harvested from a single field, with releases varying by field and season.
The aroma is gentle, with a fresh, green melon-like nuance. The texture is exceptionally smooth, while delicate fruit flavors and soft acidity come together in fine balance. A pleasant, moderate finish lingers without becoming heavy, making this an easy sake to enjoy slowly over time.
* There may be slight variations in some values due to differences in tank lots or vintages.
