A hazier edition of Ine to Agave's hop-brewed Hanakaze. The hops were first used by Yo-Ho Brewing in Nagano for its popular Yona Yona Ale, then dried with ASTRA FOOD PLAN's superheated-steam dryer, which keeps their flavour and nutrients intact, and given a second life here as Gururiko® hops. More hops than usual, and a different hop variety, make it hazy and noticeably different from the regular Hanakaze.
The aroma is very fresh: green hop notes alongside pink grapefruit-like citrus.
On the palate, milky yet clear sweetness meets juicy pink grapefruit fruit. That refreshing juiciness blends nicely with the green character of the hops, finishing with a pleasant bitterness.
Please take care when opening. Best enjoyed well chilled.
