This edition's theme is "beer yeast," combined with a rich, dessert-like style known as kijoshu.

It offers a ripe banana-like aroma with subtle hints of citrus. On the palate, a smooth, dense sweetness unfolds, complemented by a sweet-tart character and orange-like notes that create a captivating finish. A faint roasted nuance lingers in the background, delivering a uniquely refreshing aftertaste.

今回のテーマは「ビール酵母」で、貴醸酒と組み合わせた1本。

熟したバナナ系の香りに柑橘系の香りがほんのり感じられます。
まろやかで密度のある甘味が広がり、甘酸っぱさにオレンジ系の要素も相まり魅惑の余韻。ほんのり奥の方に香ばしさも感じられ、新感覚のアフターテイスト。
