In the year 1600, English navigator William Adams reached Japan after a perilous voyage through violent storms, guided by the stars. His journey brought him to Hirado, a historic port town surrounded by sea and open skies, where the brewery is located.

HIRAN W. Adams is a sake inspired by that voyage—capturing the romance of Hirado and the spirit of William Adams, who crossed unknown seas beneath the stars with a compass in hand.

It opens with a soft, delicate aroma reminiscent of Japanese pear. On the palate, a fine touch of carbonation gives it a light and lively texture. Clear fruit flavors are balanced by layered umami, creating both freshness and depth. Toward the finish, a subtle bitterness reminiscent of fruit peel adds definition and leaves the palate clean and refreshed.
