Part of the Color Series, which brings together traditional Japanese colors and distinct sake expressions, Nadeshiko combines graceful delicacy with a quiet sense of strength. It is brewed to highlight an expressive aroma and a soft, full-bodied character.
As the most highly polished sake in the Maison Aoi series, it makes the most of Aiyama rice’s natural richness while aiming for a style that is both aromatic, elegant, and refined.
The aroma is gentle, with soft white-strawberry-like fruit, fresh grassy notes, and a light ramune-like freshness.
On the palate, a delicate touch of effervescence leads into rose-like floral notes and graceful sweetness and umami. The texture is clear, fresh, and composed, with a lingering finish that shows both delicacy and structure.
Enjoy it slowly in a wine glass, and see how the aroma and flavor evolve as the temperature rises.
