From the Color Series, which expresses the character of each sake through traditional Japanese colors, comes Shirosumire. Brewed with Miyamanishiki rice from Nagano and polished relatively lightly, it offers a restrained yet distinctive profile.
The aroma is gentle, with soft milky notes, delicate white-floral nuances, and a fresh green character.
On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and transparent, with a cool, composed freshness. Quiet rice umami adds depth without disturbing its clean structure, giving the sake a sense of understated elegance. The finish is crisp and precise, followed by a subtle, graceful aftertaste.
Enjoy it chilled, or allow it to warm slightly and appreciate how the character gradually opens up.
