This sake opens with a vibrant, fizzy effervescence. Milky sweetness and umami are joined by a citrus character strongly reminiscent of grapefruit. While bright and refreshing, a ripe melon-like nuance also emerges, leading into a fuller, richer finish.

Despite its generous flavor, the alcohol is relatively low at 12%, making it especially easy to keep drinking.

Serve well chilled. If you find it a little rich, adding a single ice cube is also recommended.
