Matsui Brewery's second gin release focuses on the theme of “flowers.”
Only highly aromatic varieties of lilies and roses are carefully selected and cultivated in-house. The flowers are harvested at the very moment they bloom — when their fragrance is at its peak — and distilled under reduced pressure to preserve their delicate aromas.
In addition to juniper berries, lilies, and roses, this gin also features orange peel and lemon peel as botanicals, creating a beautifully balanced floral profile.
We recommend enjoying it on the rocks or in cocktails, where the floral aromas can truly blossom.

香り高い品種の百合と薔薇のみを厳選し、自社で開花させ、開花直後の一番香り立つ瞬間を摘み取り、その香りを壊さないために慎重に減圧蒸留。
使用するボタニカルは「ジュニパーベリー」「百合」「薔薇」の他に、「オレンジピール」「レモンピール」を使用しています。
花の香りが一層広がるロックやカクテルがお勧めです。
